Since we have received so many questions asking "How do I take PROMASIL?" we have revised our directions to the following:
RECOMMENDED USE: Dr. Darren Burke (PhD) recommends 1-2 scoops every day. On training days, take 1 scoop immediately after exercise. On non-training days, take 1 scoop mid-morning and 1 scoop mid-afternoon. For best results use PROMASIL every day for 8weeks and combine with a structured exercise program and a diet providing a level of calories that is appropriate to your goals.

I understand the fact that on training days I take 1 scoop after and on non-training days I take 2 scoops. But my question is do I mix this with water or what?? Sorry if the question seems dumb, but I am new at these products!
