Since we have received so many questions asking "How do I take MPOWER?" we have revised our directions to the following:
RECOMMENDED USE: Dr. Darren Burke (PhD) recommends 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon for one week, then 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the afternoon. On training days, take one of your daily servings (1-2 capsules) 30-60 minutes before exercise. For best results use MPOWER every day for 8weeks and combine with an exercise program and diet that produces a caloric deficit.

Is eight weeks the maximum amount of time allowed on Rivalus products before a "cooldown" phase, or can the products be taken indefinitely?
They can be taken continuously. We recommend building up slowly because MPOWER was made to be "Strong Enough for Athletes" but Enjoyed by Everyone"
Is it not recomended to take creatine along with mpower?
It is perfectly OK to take ENCHARGE (which contains unique forms of creatine) with MPOWER
If I wanted to take MPower for 8 or 16 weeks and then "cooldown," would I drop back down to 1 cap in the AM and 1 cap in the afternoon for the last week or so? Then is it safe to stop taking MPower?
