Since we have received so many questions asking "How do I take ENCHARGE?" we have revised our directions to the following:
RECOMMENDED USE: Dr. Darren Burke (PhD) recommends 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the afternoon. On training days, take one of your daily servings (3 capsules) 30-60 minutes before exercise. For best results use ENCHARGE every day for 8weeks and combine with resistance exercise 3-5 days per week.

what about different type of body weight? should we all follow the same direction?
do we still take a 7-day break after 21 days? Thanks.
